what an amazing weekend. today, i started my day off by going to a Great Byzantine Catholic Church. which was quite interesting, as well as spiritually moving.

afterwards, i returned to my apartment with some friends and drank some fine red wine, as well as had some nice cheese and bread.

but was i done? no, no! i then drove to lafayette to a cookout, where we busted out the ol' tailgating grill to get a warm-up for the football season. we tossed around the football for a bit, then dealt some cards.

truly, a good night. all is well.
