afterwards, i returned to my apartment with some friends and drank some fine red wine, as well as had some nice cheese and bread.
but was i done? no, no! i then drove to lafayette to a cookout, where we busted out the ol' tailgating grill to get a warm-up for the football season. we tossed around the football for a bit, then dealt some cards.
truly, a good night. all is well.

wine is good. i went to Vintage Indiana today. it was a whole lot of fun and i tasted some good and some not so good wines from the state of indiana. check it out next year if you can.
also, i would like to say that even though cici's raised there buffet price to $3.49 from $2.99, it is still a good value.
thank you, and good night

check my main page and get involved with the new revolution.
haven't you ever noticed how people who live in a certain state think certain things about that state that other people who don't live in the state just don't think? i mean take for example, indiana. i am from indiana and most people who are from indiana are of the opinion that indianapolis is a big city with stuff to do. and the people who live in indianapolis have tons of stuff that they can choose to do. i know this because i am from indiana. however suppose someone from, let say, pennsylvania, they might look at the state of indiana or indianapolis and say, "what is so special about indianapolis, besides the race track?" now i have lived in indiana basically all of my life and i have never even been to the race track and i thouroughly enjoy indiana and indianapolis.
the point is don't be narrow minded. just because your state, city, college, high school, company, etc. is known for one thing, doesn't mean that there aren't equally good or better things in said organization. indiana may not be known for its wineries but oliver has some damn good wine. wabash college may have never won a national football title, but they have a damn good program.
uh, oh yeah, sushi is good....
